AOS Cyber Protect · Managed for your business

AOS Cyber Protect – Comprehensive Cybersecurity Protection for Your Business.

Cyber threats are constantly evolving. AOS Cyber Protect helps businesses defend their digital environments, protect valuable information and reduce cybersecurity risks through a combination of security technologies, expert guidance and tailored protection services. Where contracted, Guardz MDR adds managed threat detection and response within the selected plan’s scope.

Designed for 10–50 person businesses

24/7

Threat monitoring through Guardz MDR when included in your contracted plan.

Connected

Protection for supported email, identities, devices and cloud environments.

Coordinated

AOS owns the customer relationship and coordinates the agreed service and remediation.

Guardz provides the underlying platform and contracted MDR service. AOS does not operate Guardz’s SOC. Coverage depends on plan, configuration and agreement.

For smaller UK businesses

Cyber Threats Don't Wait for Business Hours.

Phishing can trick someone into sharing a password or approving a payment. A compromised Microsoft 365 account can expose email and files. Ransomware, stolen credentials and cloud security weaknesses can disrupt daily work and customer service.

Many smaller organisations cannot justify building their own 24/7 security operations team. AOS Cyber Protect is designed as a managed service, combining a security platform with Guardz’s MDR where contracted, so you can use specialist monitoring without building a SOC yourself.

Phishing and impersonation

Messages that imitate colleagues, suppliers or trusted brands.

Compromised accounts

Stolen credentials can open access to business email and cloud services.

Ransomware disruption

Malicious activity can lock files or interrupt the systems you rely on.

Cloud configuration gaps

Unclear sharing and access settings may expose business information.

Connected controls and service

Review findings, prioritise recommendations and coordinate agreed remediation with your existing IT support.

Common questions

AOS Cyber Protect FAQs

What is managed cybersecurity?

It is an ongoing service that combines security tools with agreed monitoring, support and improvement activities. The exact work, responsibilities and service hours depend on the contract.

What is managed detection and response?

MDR combines security technology with specialist human investigation and response. Guardz describes MDR as 24/7 monitoring for supported customers on eligible plans.

Does AOS Cyber Protect include 24/7 monitoring?

Only where the contracted Guardz plan includes MDR and the service is active for your organisation. Guardz’s published plans identify MDR on Ultimate and Elite. AOS support hours and responsibilities are defined separately in your agreement.

What is the relationship between AOS Technologiies and Guardz?

AOS Technologiies owns the customer relationship and coordinates the agreed service. Guardz provides the underlying security platform and, where contracted, its MDR service. AOS does not operate Guardz’s SOC.

Can the service protect Microsoft 365?

Guardz publishes supported Microsoft 365 identity, email and cloud security controls, but exact features depend on plan, configuration and current product support. We confirm these before proposing a scope.

How much does the service cost?

Contact us for pricing. We have not published the proposed prices. A final quotation depends on user numbers, the selected Guardz plan, licences, requirements and AOS service scope.

How quickly can we be onboarded?

Timing depends on your environment, number of users, access approvals, device deployment and the contracted plan. We will agree a schedule after discovery; no fixed onboarding time is promised here.

What happens when a threat is detected?

Guardz MDR triages and investigates in-scope alerts and may take response actions according to the configured response preferences and service terms. AOS coordinates customer communication and agreed remediation; escalation and approval paths are confirmed before service starts.

Does the service guarantee Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 or UK GDPR compliance?

No. Cybersecurity tools and managed services do not guarantee certification or regulatory compliance. AOS can discuss relevant technical controls; certification, audit and legal advice are separate.

Can we keep our existing IT support provider?

Yes, that can be discussed. We will define responsibilities, access, escalation and hand-offs with you and your IT provider before onboarding.
